Day 14: Readout session — execution summary, ROI model, and expansion options if you want to proceed. Total elapsed time from application to readout: 14 days.

The pilot is at zero commercial cost. No professional services fee. No setup charge. No obligation to proceed to a commercial deployment. The only requirement is that your team has genuine interest in evaluating governed AI execution and can provide sandbox access to one system of record. If you proceed to a commercial deployment after the pilot, pricing starts at $3,500 per month for a Starter Enterprise deployment.

Audit completeness — every execution produces a regulator-readable log entry with no gaps. HITL reliability — the system routes every above-threshold case to a human reviewer without exception. Latency — execution completes within agreed SLA. You set the bar. We meet it or the pilot readout explains precisely why we did not.

The governance matrix is the control layer that sits above every execution. It defines what can run automatically, what requires human approval, and what is prohibited. For Financial Services pilots: SR 11-7 aligned by default. For Capital Markets: MiFID II / EMIR. For Healthcare: HIPAA-native. You can inspect the governance matrix before the first execution run. You can adjust auto-approval thresholds. You can add prohibition rules. The governance layer is yours to configure — we do not lock it down.

The pilot ends on day 14 with a readout session. At that point you have three options. Proceed: Move to a commercial deployment starting at $3,500 per month. We scope the full agent suite with you. Extend: Request a second pilot phase to evaluate a second workflow or vertical. Exit: The sandbox environment is decommissioned. No data is retained. No follow-up obligation. No penalty.
