The Problem

Why Enterprise AI Fails Before It Starts

Most enterprise AI evaluations stall at three points. The CAIBots pilot is designed to eliminate all three.

📊

Vendor shows slides. Not execution.

You see a polished deck. A few screenshots. A canned walkthrough. Then you are asked to sign a contract to see how it actually works. The CAIBots pilot reverses that. You see real execution before any commercial conversation.

🛡

Governance is promised. Not proven.

Every AI vendor claims governance. Audit trails. Explainability. SR 11-7 alignment. The pilot deploys a real governance matrix configured for your regulatory framework — you inspect every decision it makes before it makes the next one.

Evaluation takes months. Not days.

Formal RFPs. Vendor security reviews. InfoSec deep dives. All before you have seen the system operate once. The pilot gets a real execution environment running in 48 hours so your team can evaluate with evidence, not promises.

The Six Questions Every Buyer Asks

Everything You Need to Know Before You Decide

The pilot page exists so you do not have to schedule a call to get basic answers. Here they are.

01
What is included in the pilot?
One pre-built execution agent configured for your vertical — KYC perpetual screening for Financial Services, MiFID II transaction reporting for Capital Markets, or prior authorisation for Healthcare. The full five-layer CAIBots stack is active: Foundation, Cognition, Governance, Orchestration, and Execution. A real governance matrix pre-configured to your regulatory framework. A real-time audit log you can export. HITL gates at every critical decision point. Sandbox connectivity to one system of record. A dedicated success engineer for the pilot duration.
02
What is the timeline?
Day 0: Pilot application submitted and reviewed. Day 1: Scoping call with your team to confirm vertical, use case, and sandbox access requirements. Day 2–3: Deployment and configuration in sandbox environment. Day 4–14: Your team runs live executions. Your governance team inspects the matrix. Your risk committee reviews audit logs. Day 14: Readout session — execution summary, ROI model, and expansion options if you want to proceed. Total elapsed time from application to readout: 14 days.
03
What does it cost?
The pilot is at zero commercial cost. No professional services fee. No setup charge. No obligation to proceed to a commercial deployment. The only requirement is that your team has genuine interest in evaluating governed AI execution and can provide sandbox access to one system of record. If you proceed to a commercial deployment after the pilot, pricing starts at $3,500 per month for a Starter Enterprise deployment.
04
What are the success criteria?
We define success together before day one. Typical criteria include: execution accuracy — the agent produces the correct governance decision for every test scenario your team presents. Audit completeness — every execution produces a regulator-readable log entry with no gaps. HITL reliability — the system routes every above-threshold case to a human reviewer without exception. Latency — execution completes within agreed SLA. You set the bar. We meet it or the pilot readout explains precisely why we did not.
05
How is governance handled?
The governance matrix is the control layer that sits above every execution. It defines what can run automatically, what requires human approval, and what is prohibited. For Financial Services pilots: SR 11-7 aligned by default. For Capital Markets: MiFID II / EMIR. For Healthcare: HIPAA-native. You can inspect the governance matrix before the first execution run. You can adjust auto-approval thresholds. You can add prohibition rules. The governance layer is yours to configure — we do not lock it down.
06
What are the exit criteria?
The pilot ends on day 14 with a readout session. At that point you have three options. Proceed: Move to a commercial deployment starting at $3,500 per month. We scope the full agent suite with you. Extend: Request a second pilot phase to evaluate a second workflow or vertical. Exit: The sandbox environment is decommissioned. No data is retained. No follow-up obligation. No penalty. The only thing that continues is our ability to answer questions if you decide to revisit the evaluation later.
Three Verticals. One Architecture.

Choose Your Pilot Agent

Each pilot agent runs on the same five-layer CAIBots execution stack. The domain intelligence layer adapts to your vertical.

Financial Services

KYC Perpetual Screening Agent

Continuously monitors counterparty data, executes risk re-scores, triggers HITL gates when thresholds are breached.

  • 8 BSA/AML scenario library including EDD, PEP, OFAC SDN, SAR structuring
  • 45-min manual review executed in under 6 minutes
  • Governance matrix: SR 11-7 aligned, OFAC screening, 314(a) logic
  • Live EDGAR integration, Actimize case creation in sandbox
  • Immutable audit log, examiner-grade documentation on every run
Capital Markets

MiFID II Transaction Reporting Agent

Validates trade data, formats to RTS 22, executes ARM submission logic with full compliance documentation on every run.

  • 8 hours to 8.2-second first draft on investment research reports
  • MiFID II analyst sign-off gate enforced on every output
  • Governance matrix: MiFID II / EMIR aligned, exception routing pre-configured

  • 3–5 day manual PA cycle executed in under 2 hours
  • Governance matrix: HIPAA-native, CMS criteria aligned
  • Physician review gate enforced on every clinical decision
  • Epic / Cerner sandbox connectivity, PHI handling compliant
  • Complete audit trail on every execution, CMS-ready documentation
What Changes

From Evaluation to Evidence

Most enterprise AI evaluations end with a vendor recommendation. The CAIBots pilot ends with execution data your risk committee can review.

Without the pilot
Vendor-supplied benchmarks and slide decks
Promised governance — no inspection possible
Risk committee approves based on vendor reference calls
Months of evaluation before first real execution
"Let us schedule a call to discuss further"
After the pilot
Your own execution logs, your own accuracy data
Governance matrix you configured and inspected
Risk committee reviews real audit trail from live runs
14-day evaluation with live execution data from day 4
Day-14 readout with expansion scope ready if you proceed
Pilot Package

Everything Included. Nothing Hidden.

Every pilot ships with the same complete package. No lite version. No feature restrictions.

One production-ready execution agent

The full five-layer CAIBots stack active for your chosen vertical. Same architecture as a 50-workflow enterprise deployment.

🛡

Pre-configured governance matrix

SR 11-7, MiFID II, or HIPAA aligned before day one. Inspect it, adjust thresholds, add prohibition rules — it is yours to configure.

📋

Immutable audit log

Every execution produces a regulator-readable log entry. Exportable. Examiner-grade. Available from the first run.

🔗

Sandbox system connectivity

One system-of-record integration in sandbox. Salesforce, SAP, Epic/Cerner, Actimize, or your chosen platform.

🧑‍💼

Dedicated success engineer

One CAIBots engineer assigned for the 14-day pilot duration. Available for configuration questions, HITL gate adjustments, and readout preparation.

📈

ROI model and day-14 readout

A structured readout with execution accuracy data, modeled ROI for full deployment, and a scoped expansion proposal if you want to proceed.

What Moved the Risk Committee

Seeing a real governance matrix and audit log in action — not a slide deck — is what moved the risk committee. We ran 40 test scenarios over 10 days. Every governance decision was logged. Every HITL gate fired correctly. By day 14 we had more confidence in the execution architecture than we did after six months of traditional vendor evaluation.
