If you need to prove AI-powered self-service and deflection, start with Knowledge ($7,500). If you are losing prospects at the intake or application stage, Knowledge + Intake ($10,000) is the most common entry point. If you want to instrument the full volunteer or user journey in a single pilot, Full Stack ($12,500) delivers that. Schedule a 30-minute scoping call and we’ll be direct about the right fit.
No card is stored during the pilot. For the Knowledge tier, each milestone payment is collected via Stripe directly. For Knowledge + Intake and Full Stack, CAIBots sends a secure Stripe payment link to your email at each milestone: on signing, when your agent goes live for demo, and on deployment day. Each link is a one-click, single-amount checkout. No autopay. No surprise charges.
At the deployment milestone, CAIBots sends a Stripe subscription checkout link. You enter your card once at that point to activate the monthly retainer ($750, $1,000, or $1,250/mo depending on tier). Your card is then held securely by Stripe — never by CAIBots. Monthly plans cancel with 30 days’ notice, no penalty.
For any tier: your top 10–20 FAQs, 3–5 active project or use-case descriptions, and your current intake or qualification process (even informal). Optional but valuable: historical user questions, drop-off data, and any training documents in PDF or Word. We’ll schedule a kickoff call to gather everything before building begins.
Knowledge pilots typically deploy within 2–4 weeks of kickoff. Knowledge + Intake within 3–5 weeks. Full Stack within 4–6 weeks. The primary variable in each case is how quickly your team can supply knowledge base content during week one.
Each pilot is a fixed-fee milestone engagement. If we fail to deliver a working agent and insights report within the agreed timeline through no fault of your own, we refund in full. Monthly retainers are non-refundable for the current billing period but cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Full terms at caibots.com/terms.
