Built by someone who watched
compliance failures happen.
CAIBots was founded on a specific insight: the reason enterprise AI projects fail at the risk committee is not the technology — it is the absence of governance documentation before the first production query runs. We built that documentation into the architecture itself.
"I built the governance architecture because I had watched $100M+ deals fail at model risk review at TCS. I knew the failure mode from the outside — before I built the fix from the inside."
Why we built
CAIBots.
At TCS Americas, Kishor led the pursuit and closure of large enterprise deals across financial services — a $2B insurance cloud migration, a $476M IT consolidation, an AI-first portfolio spanning 14 institutions. The pattern he observed across nearly two decades was consistent: the technology rarely failed. The governance documentation always did.
AI pilots would reach the risk committee at month four. The model validation documentation did not exist. The audit trail had not been configured. The governance matrix was described in a kickoff slide deck, not encoded in the system. The program would be cancelled — not because the AI did not work, but because no one could prove it was governed.
CAIBots was founded on the answer to that failure mode. Build the governance architecture before the first production query runs. Not as a documentation exercise. As the system architecture itself — the Control Plane that wraps every execution, enforces every compliance constraint, and generates every audit record as a byproduct of the execution loop.
The result is a platform where the answer to "can I show an OCC examiner exactly what executed, when, why, and who approved it" is always yes — not because someone produced documentation afterward, but because the system produced it automatically at the moment of execution.

Make enterprise AI
safe to deploy at scale.
The bottleneck to enterprise AI adoption is not model capability. It is governance confidence. We remove that bottleneck by making governance the architecture — not the afterthought.
Six principles that
govern everything we do.
These are not values statements. They are operating constraints. Every engagement decision, every product architecture decision, and every deployment commitment is tested against these six principles before we proceed.
30 minutes from now, you'll know exactly what
production looks like.
This is not a sales call. We map your highest-value workflows, scope the governance matrix, project ROI for your environment, and outline a 90-day production path — in 30 minutes, with no consulting fee and no commitment required.
