Built by someone who watched
compliance failures happen.

CAIBots was founded on a specific insight: the reason enterprise AI projects fail at the risk committee is not the technology — it is the absence of governance documentation before the first production query runs. We built that documentation into the architecture itself.

Why we built
CAIBots.

At TCS Americas, Kishor led the pursuit and closure of large enterprise deals across financial services — a $2B insurance cloud migration, a $476M IT consolidation, an AI-first portfolio spanning 14 institutions. The pattern he observed across nearly two decades was consistent: the technology rarely failed. The governance documentation always did.

AI pilots would reach the risk committee at month four. The model validation documentation did not exist. The audit trail had not been configured. The governance matrix was described in a kickoff slide deck, not encoded in the system. The program would be cancelled — not because the AI did not work, but because no one could prove it was governed.

CAIBots was founded on the answer to that failure mode. Build the governance architecture before the first production query runs. Not as a documentation exercise. As the system architecture itself — the Control Plane that wraps every execution, enforces every compliance constraint, and generates every audit record as a byproduct of the execution loop.

The result is a platform where the answer to "can I show an OCC examiner exactly what executed, when, why, and who approved it" is always yes — not because someone produced documentation afterward, but because the system produced it automatically at the moment of execution.

Our Mission

Make enterprise AI
safe to deploy at scale.

The bottleneck to enterprise AI adoption is not model capability. It is governance confidence. We remove that bottleneck by making governance the architecture — not the afterthought.

01
Regulated industries only
We deploy exclusively in Financial Services, Capital Markets, Insurance, and Healthcare. These are the industries where governance failures have real consequences — regulatory sanctions, consent orders, patient harm, market integrity failures. Generic AI platforms cannot operate safely here. We can because this is all we do.
02
Governance before execution
Every CAIBots deployment configures the governance matrix, HITL gates, audit log schema, and compliance framework alignment before the first production query runs — not after the pilot review, not at the risk committee meeting. The documentation exists because the architecture produces it, not because someone wrote it afterward.
03
Production in 90 days
There are no perpetual pilots in our engagement model. The value of autonomous execution is zero until it is live. The 90-day production commitment is non-negotiable. If we cannot commit to 90 days for a given workflow, we say so before contract — not after month six when the program is at risk of cancellation.

Operating Principles

Six principles that
govern everything we do.

These are not values statements. They are operating constraints. Every engagement decision, every product architecture decision, and every deployment commitment is tested against these six principles before we proceed.

01
Execution first, interface never
CAIBots operates at the system layer — inside your systems of record, not layered on top of them. We do not build chatbots, dashboards, or assistants. We build systems that write directly to Salesforce, Epic, Guidewire, SAP, Bloomberg, and your regulatory portals. The user interface is your existing enterprise software. CAIBots operates inside it.
02
Governance is architecture, not configuration
Compliance constraints are encoded in the five-plane PCATS architecture. The Control Plane cannot be bypassed by the Intelligence, Coordination, or Execution planes — this is enforced by the architecture, not by policy documents, not by training, and not by user discipline. What executes is determined by governance logic, not by the model's output alone.
03
Every execution is auditable by design
Every execution generates an immutable, timestamped audit record across all five planes: Cognition decision rationale, Coordination plan, Execution system writes, and Governance approvals. The audit trail is not bolted on — it is produced as a structural byproduct of the execution loop. The answer to the examiner's question is always a report, not a reconstruction.
04
Production in 90 days or we haven't done our job
We are not in the business of perpetual pilots, proof-of-concept extensions, or workshop-to-roadmap cycles. If we cannot commit to 90-day production for a specific workflow with your integration environment, we tell you before contract — not after the program review when budget is at risk.
05
ROI is measured from day one of production
Every deployment ships with an ROI dashboard. Cycle time, error rate, FTE hours redirected, cost per execution, and compliance coverage are tracked from the first day of production — not retrospectively at a quarterly review. ROI is a design requirement, not a post-hoc justification.
06
Domain expertise is the differentiator, not model capability
Any organization can access frontier AI models. The competitive differentiator is the domain knowledge, compliance calibration, and institutional-grade governance that transforms model capability into reliable enterprise execution. That is what 27 years in financial services, including 19 at TCS builds. That is what we deploy.
