DMCA Policy
Overview
CAIBots complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on caibots.com or content processed through our services infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent. We will respond promptly to valid notices.
Reporting Infringement
Send your DMCA takedown notice to our Designated DMCA Agent using any of the following channels:
We will process valid notices within 5–10 business days.
Required Notice Elements
A valid DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it (e.g., URL)
- Your contact information including name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared prior to removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district
Repeat Infringers
CAIBots maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate any user's account upon receipt of a single or multiple valid DMCA notices, or upon our independent determination that a user is a repeat infringer.
